- Stop being uncomfortable and accept your feelings and accept yourself: Never underestimate yourself. Everyone is having a unique talent. We should know that no one can play our role better than us.
- Always try to face your fears: Don’t ever give up. Learn how to face problems and try to solve them.
- Learn how to be relaxed: Take some when you feel tired. Do daily exercise and meditation to keep yourself relaxed and calm. By doing daily exercise we can maintain good physical and emotional health.
- Always try to be connected with your Subconscious Mind: Give importance to your subconscious mind and be active.
