Normally why we get angry?
When some talks about something that we don’t like or when something goes against our wish or when someone irritates us.
As we all know Anger is a normal emotion of human, but it is important to keep our anger under control just like the other emotions, if we don’t control our anger then it may lead to mental and physical stress. And this stress may leads to damage our health.

- Always we should think before we speak: In anger we may speak anything and later regret. So always before saying anything we should take few moments to collect our thoughts and allow others also to do the same.
- Once we become calm, then only we should express our anger: Once we come to know clearly then we can express our frustration and explain the things, by this we won’t hurt others. So always take some time to calm yourself.
- Always doing exercise: This is the best way to reduce stress. We all know by doing physical activity we can reduce the stress which causes us to become anger. When we feel angry then go for a walk or run, or even we spend our valuable time doing other physical activities which we like.
- We should never hold grudge on someone: Forgiveness is the most powerful tool in the world. When someone hurts you and makes you anger then try to forgive them, by doing this you might learn from the situation and even strengthen your relationship.
- Take some break when you are feeling stressed: When you feel stressed then take a break. This might help you feel better and prepare yourself to handle what’s ahead without getting angry or irritated.
