Low Self Esteem
Low self-esteem has been shown to be related with a variety of negative outcomes, such as depressions. People with low self- confidence are more troubled by failure, disappointment and tend to overestimate events as being negative. These kinds of patients often misinterpret things and that’s the reason they undoubtedly experience low self-esteem and social anxiety. They are more likely to experience anxiety and low levels of confidence. This in turn makes social interaction with others difficult as they feel awkward, shy, conspicuous, and unfit to enough communicate while collaborating with others.
